- Workouts for you to do from the comfort & safety of your home, tailored to your available fitness equipment and individual fitness goals, with plan flexibility that allows for workouts 2-6 times per week. Don't worry if you don't have any fitness props or equipment - a challenging and effective workout plan can be done using just your bodyweight!

- 4 new strength workouts + 2 new cardio/core conditioning workouts just for YOU uploaded to your personalized app profile bi-monthly, with demo videos for each exercise

- Access to an online library of bonus yoga class videos including gentle stretch and mobility classes to powerful vinyasa flows 

- Two 1-hour private training sessions monthly (via Zoom) to set you up for success with proper form and instruction on the movement principles

- Twice-weekly check-in's to keep you on track and answer any questions

- Optional app integration to your FitBit, MyFitnessPal and more

- 4-week personalized program, 2-way communication + accountability check-in's + 2 hours interactive instruction

- You're ready to train independently without live Zoom instruction, but still want the accountability check-in and 2-way communication on demand

- 4-week personalized training program with flexibility to be done 2-6 days a week depending on your unique fitness & wellness goals

- Access to an online library of bonus yoga class videos including gentle stretch and mobility classes to powerful vinyasa flows 

- 4 new strength workouts + 2 new cardio/core conditioning workouts just for you uploaded to your personalized app profile bi-monthly with demo videos

Private Yoga
(1-3 people)

 

Private yoga instruction, done in-person outdoors at an agreed-upon location if you're local to Orange County (your outdoor space, beach or park). Up to 3 people, $85/hour. Whether you're an absolute beginner or have an advanced practice, we can work together to enhance your yoga and meditation practice. For groups larger than 3 people please email me to discuss small group private rates.

Private Training
(1-3 people)

 

Private strength & fitness instruction, done in-person outdoors at an agreed-upon location if you're local to Orange County (your outdoor space, beach or park). Up to 3 people, $85/hour. I supply all needed props and equipment, you just need to make a commitment to improving your strength, cardio conditioning and mobility work. For groups larger than 3 people please email me to discuss small group private rates.
